2003 Blackout Rise 360 Course

This course is not complete. It SME refinement. It is simply to demonstrate the ease of course creation using AI Assistant in Rise 360. With good source documents, AI Assistant in Rise 360 did all of the language formation in this course. The human skill is in the preparation of the source documents. This "prototype" course required 8 hours of work.

This course could be considered a prototype to be shared with a SME. At this point in development we know needs of the audience and desired outcomes or objectives. The SME would be able to provide detailed images and suggest changes to language. I could produce images, but I am not an Electrical Power Transmission SME. My time spent producing images might be waste if they don't meet the standards of the SMEs. I know that image details are very important to SMEs. If I can give a starting point for SME creativity, then the "prototype" images are not a waste. The goal is to implement after two rounds of revision and two presentations to SMEs and stake holders. Course development can be done with one round of presentation and revisions for less technical content.
